Yoga and mindfulness

Hi everybody
I would like to do yoga with strong mindfulness to loose my weight. I do meditation and I looking for something when breathing and movement will be connect. Do you have any suggestion regarding

  1. What exercise
  2. A good meditation teacher in London

I did some beginner Yoga class with an Ashtanga teacher. The class was very gentle.

I would like to do an exercise and therefore I gave the question to yoga.
