when i do yoga, i dont really feel anything that much until after i get done with the yoga. i thought ur supposed to feel some kinda good during it but i feel good afterwards.is this normal?
It’s normal. There are so many different practices. Some of them are hard, but you feel good after. Others might seem to easy, but they might have a therapy affect and stop neck or back problems. And some feel really good during the practice, but not after. It also depends on the person who is taking the class and what state their body and mind are in. Two people could walk into a class and have totally different experiences.
