We had some people over at our club for a week and after a couple of hours of Tennis, they did some fancy stretching with their physical trainer for 10-12 minutes stating that that was the cool down(to remove lactic acid ) like the warm up exercise. I tried doing yoga and found it very effective. I suppose the following asanas should be effective for this purpose

Dhanurasana- Quadriceps

Pavanmuktasana- Hips

Uttanpadasana, Paschimotanasana- Hamstrings

Tadasana and Surya Namaskar would probably cover most other parts.

Bhunangasana- Shoulders
I could not thing of anything for shin and calf. That apart if anything else is uncovered, kindly suggest.
