Yoga as cool down exercise

We had some people over at our club for a week and after a couple of hours of Tennis, they did some fancy stretching with their physical trainer for 10-12 minutes stating that that was the cool down(to remove lactic acid ) like the warm up exercise. I tried doing yoga and found it very effective. I suppose the following asanas should be effective for this purpose

  1. Dhanurasana- Quadriceps

  2. Pavanmuktasana- Hips

  3. Uttanpadasana, Paschimotanasana- Hamstrings

  4. Tadasana and Surya Namaskar would probably cover most other parts.

  5. Bhunangasana- Shoulders

I could not thing of anything for shin and calf. That apart if anything else is uncovered, kindly suggest.

Yes yoga is really very effective…Yoga is an ancient thinking of life as well as a system of exercises that encourages the union of mind, body, and spirit.
