Yoga does not do these things. Asana may do these things but even that isn’t necessarily so.

Asana’s are a part of yoga, a small part but still a part. Therefore yes
Yoga improves, circulation, flexibility, increases strength, tones your muscles and prepares the body for as much sex as you desire.
This does not mean one should always submit to this desire. From what I have learned in my journey, the reason one is not suppose to engage in intercourse very often is because Yoga was a practice originally made for men. They considered ejaculation loosing part of one’s energy, loosing their seeds of life. Now days for females practicing, there is no seed lost during intercourse. I really don’t think that part applies to females, or at least none of the ancient texts which I have read have addressed the issue. This is once again because woman did not practice yoga.
Also if you are talking to most yoga practitioners, most yoga practitioners only see the asana part of yoga being the whole of yoga. Those who are serious yogis and have spent time with our teachers, and studying the philosophy and ways of yoga and know different. We must have patience for those who are just beginning their own journey and don’t know the difference yet, and respect where they are at this moment in their journey.
