Thank you for sharing this with us Omamana! Very timely indeed. One of my students has Scoliosis (she’s in her early 20’s) and has benefited tremendously from yoga. She is one who would attest to what Mia has found. The strides my student has made are amazing. We have worked hard on posture, core strength and tight hips and it shows.
Much love and light to you as well!
AMAZING…look at that X-Ray!
The article is a bit puzzling though, don’t you think?
I mean the columnist states the girl took up yoga but the chap from the institute says:
“At our clinic, Mia underwent various balance exercises, including using wall bars, wooden poles and exercise balls.”
But no one (other than the author) actually mentions Yoga whatsoever. And there’s no current X-ray? Too bad they opted not to talk about that very thing they state in the headline. I’m not sure this is a testament to yoga without some real content.

well a current x-ray would have been good…I see what you mean inner athlete about the Yoga…hmmm
Hi Gordon,
Yes, I realised that too but ‘if’ it is attributed to yoga then I think it’s a great story.
That said the ‘Daily Mail’ is not exactly a credible news source, embarrassingly I can’t help but read their cheesy artricles.
It’s interesting but it’s like ordering a meal and having only a plate show up at the table.

Hungry, never disappointed.
