Yoga Danda, anyone?

Hello!

Has anyone of you made use of the yoga danda for balancing air flow in your nostrils?

Did you encountered difficulties because of lack adjustement between your trunk length and the size of the danda?

Where did you get your danda?


Yoga danda is a rod or cane placed below your armpit which contributes to balance air flow in your nostrils, thus balancing ida and pingala nadis, thus activating sushumna and achieving success in meditation and pranayama.
Example: when left nostril is blocked, the danda is placed below the right armpit, and it is said that left nostril is thus opened.
