Yoga during high risk pregnancy

I just recently started practicing some at home Yoga. I have been wanting to try it for the longest time, but lack of money for classes kept me from it since I thought I could never do it right at home.
But I now got this App for my iPhone (All-in-Yoga) that is really extensive and has taught me quite a bit.

I was hoping to be able to use Yoga to stay fit during my pregnancy. (I am considered high risk due to Hashimoto’s, a Pituitary Tumor and a recent LEEP to remove pre cancerous cells on my cervix. )
The first two are hormonal and should not give me a problem really, As for the *LEEP on my cervix - I don’t think it can be influenced, but in case I do start to have problems it would be better if I was more fit.

What type of Yoga you would recommend in my case? *

  • Pregnant 4 1/2 mths with weak health.
  • No excercise prior to pregnancy but very active life style.
Used to be an athlete, but about 10 years ago.
  • Back problems, general stiffness in torso, I think my whole body is a bit “crooked”, I was seen for that years ago and the doctor saw all kinds of things wrong with me (will go again soon)
    -*I am 28, 5’5" and thin.

I am also interested in breathing techniques since I read certain ones are recommend when pregnant.

I am still struggling financially, really bad… so I can sadly not “purchase” anything. All I have is an iPhone really, internet is accessible for me with wifi only

Hope you can guide me in the right direction!

Thank you!
