Yoga DVD

Hey guys, was just after a quick bit of info…

My mum’s looking to get into Yoga, so I thought it would be a great idea to get a Yoga DVD for her, just to act as an intoduction and get her started etc.

I was just wondering if any of you have had good experiences with any, and can’t recommend one for me!

AM/PM yoga is a good one to start off with. Patricia Walden and Rodney Yee are the instructors on the DVD.

I found many DVDs on the Yoga Journal site. What would the more experienced yoga pracitioners recommend from them?
