My doctor recently diagnosed me with Costochondritis after a long night where I thought I was having a heart attack. He thinks it is probably a result of some pneumonia I had recently. I’ve been reading about it, and a lot of websites say it can take 6-8 weeks to clear up! UGH! My whole chest (and parts of my upper back) are so sore. It hurts when I breathe, it hurts when I bend over, and it hurts when I do a back bend. And the idea of having to deal with this for 4-6 weeks doesn’t sound very good.
I got to thinking, I wonder if yoga can help me with my Costochondritis? Does anyone have any ideas or advice? Thank you!
