Yoga for eye health

Hi all :

Recently I been diagnosed with far sight in my right eye. Any yoga asanas that can help me ?

I am over 40 years.

Might be, but you can’t prove it by me. I do yoga and I have been near sighted my entire life, also had cataracts and a detached retina too. If there is one though< I would be happy to give it a try.

forget about those.there isnt any yet proven yoga for eye sight problem.live with that or do lasik

There is the School for Perfect Eyesight at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry and certainly other approaches (holistic) to healthy vision. The Chinese system of healing has some good information as well.

So asana, no. Remedy, perhaps.
