Belly fat are a common problems which faces many peoples . Peoples are stressed and think how to reduce belly fat , but don't worry there are some yoga asans for reduce belly fat.

  3. Chair Pose - Chair pose is the other asan of yoga to reduce belly fat . It strengthens the lower half your body, and it also stretch arms and shoulders ,and improve your digestion.

Fat is stored energy
To lose fat you need to have a calorie deficit - simple math
and that needs to be done with a "Sane" regimen of diet and exercise
Yoga can be part of that Exercise regimen but it will usually mean that you would have to up your practice to where you will burn a sweat A regular flow practice usually is not enough on its own for fat reduction
