Yoga for weight gain and muscular body

Hi friends,

I am becoming weak every passing year. Before, my body shape was good. But, now, I look tired and thin. My thigh are thin and less flashy buttock. When I wear T-shirt, I don’t look attractive at all.

Most articles on internet for yoga and physical exercise are related to ‘Weight loss’ but I want ‘Weight gain’. (My height is 5’6" and weight is 51 kg. I am Indian male.)

Please tell me which yoga poses, and what food items and fruits should be included in diet in order to to increase my biceps (upper limbs) and thighs (lower limbs), so that I can get a muscular body.

I have started taking banana-shake with milk as I read that when banana is taken with milk, it increase weight and flash in the body.

Can I include physical exercises (push-ups, standing-sitting poses and little weight-lifting exercise) in my yoga practice.

Thanks.

It would be preferebale for you to do the work in this thread rather than have the community do it. Ergo please tell US about your living, practice, diet, and background.
