Anyone know of yoga schools with drop in classes in Kathmandu?

There are dozens of yoga centers with drop-in classes. it depends on what type of yoga you practice.
i just spent 5 months in kathmandu and did drop-in classes, as well as a teacher training course at the “Holistic Yoga Ashrama”.
the teacher is amazing and if you take private lessons you can basically choose the type of yoga want to do with him.
the progress i made during my time there is incredible! very highly recommended!
