I will be spending a very long weekend in Lake Harmony, PA. I am looking to expand my yoga knowledge and teaching, and enjoy some good classes close by to this area. I noticed the Poconos Wellness Center is nearby and I will check it out. If someone has a good suggestion for me please advise. Any yoga specialties in the area would be great. Thanks.
