Wondering who is going to the Yoga Journal conference coming up on January 13th-17th?

I was going to, sent them an email, and never got a reply… so I’m not going
I’ll be there assisting Aadil with the four workshops we are doing and the panel discussion that is scheduled.
Wish I could go! Wish I lived NEAR somewhere that has yoga conferences! lol.
I just have to be content with reading about them. 
No, you simply need to be very proactive.
Instead of waiting for the local studio to get it together do it yourself. Band together some interested others, map it out, market it, and I’ll come up and do a weekend workshop. You won’t need to go anywhere. Granted you’ll have to do quite a bit of stuff but perhaps others up there feel the same way and you’ll start something that grows.
Lululemon is supportive of helping people put on their own mini conferences in the stores. Otherwise organizing a group through Meetup or even through the local yoga studios to get together, network and maybe bring a few treats could be a very nice beginning.
