Does anyone have any suggestions for long term intensive yoga retreats? I’m especially interested in something less expensive. Thank you 
I think when you go for long term Yoga retreat. It would be more expensive. Yoga retreat centres are not unique in the services they offer. Its all about what you prefer. If it does match with the yoga retreat than go whether it is expensive.
Meditation begins with concentration, but after an initial period of concentration, thought activity decreases and keeping the awareness focused becomes more spontaneous. At this point the person may or may not continue to employ the object of concentration.
