Yoga Once or Twice a week

Is that okay ?

I cannot do everyday for 2 reasons

  1. Time constraints

  2. I look too slim or dry after doing yoga especially inversion poses(viparita/shoulder stand)

is that okay guys ?

Whatever fits into your schedule. I don’t understand why you look slim and dry after doing yoga though? Yoga builds strength and can add definition.

I go to a studio 2 x a week - also because of time - but practice mostly seated postures almost everyday. Can do this easily in the evening while watching Coronation Street, or anything else on the boob tube.

PS - 1’m 5’ 11" and weigh 175lbs for years. Do not look emaciated, I don’t think.

Twice per week is “fine”.
