Yoga Postures Powerpoint

So, I’m making a powerpoint about some of the most beneficial yoga postures and explaining why they are so good for your body. I have the headstand, shoulder stand, and the forward bend. Any other suggestions? That would be great, I think I’m also gonna put in the sun salutation in there as well. Let me know!

Bhujangasana is a great posture. And I can get enough Eka Pada Rajakapotasana for a good hip opener and back bend, not to mention you get a nice shoulder rotation in as well.

I love those postures, I do them all the time!

Kori – I hope you’ll be giving context for your power point, as in “if this pose is smart for you to do, then it’s great; if not, not so much.”

My current fave is Half Moon. The balance of extension and integration is pretty much the central element of my study right now.
