Hi every one.
I try to do yoga in morning as much as possible , but can not always do it.
[ I am not mrning person and tend to over sleep]
When I return home in the evening, I am hungry , So i eat dinner.
I have read at several places that you can not do yoga after eating.
What is correct rule reagarding meal time and yoga.
After youeat meal for how long you can not do yoga? Is it srtrict rule? What options I have? Can do it one hour after meal?
this meal/ yoga relation is big barrier for me.
