Yoga practice for managing stress and increasing psychological well-being?

As mentioned a while ago in the community threat, yoga practitioners, male and female, whether experienced or new to yoga, are now invited to participate in a research study.

The purpose of the study is to build on existing research in the area of yoga which is still limited, and to investigate if yoga practice benefits in managing stress levels and to increase psychological well-being. Participation is totally voluntary, anonymous and confidential. More information can be found here on the link which is also used to participate in the study.

It involves filling in a brief survey which takes no longer than 20 min of your time.
