Yoga Seminar - What to Include?

I am teaching a class of 20 students at the moment and I am also planing a Yoga seminar in a couple of weeks. Do you have any ideas about what would be clever to include in a weekend seminar that lasts for approx. 8-10 hours?

All ideas are appreciated!

Thank you
Kind regards
Belisa

partner yoga.
yoga nidra.
Physiological effects of yoga.
Lecture on Tantra vs. Yoga.
Ayurvedic snacks
Extra long sivasana
etc

That was really helpful. I’ll start working on my program straight away! Thank you

The development of a curricula would be directly proportional to the level, experience, or nature of the attendees.

Thank you both

You’re welcome, of course. However thanks doesn’t help me answer you as much as additional information would.

Nice, I like the Ayurvedic snacks.

Maybe augment that with a mindful eating moment.

Get them to think about the feel, smell, sound and taste, then feel smell, tongue taste, then mouth and feel, smell, hear, taste again. Then swallow and feel, smell, hear and taste again. Savouring the aftertaste, after smell, and anything left over.

Hmm what else is clever, spontaneous and fun?

How about a children’s segment to explore or unleash the inner child.
Might be a nice icebreaker too.

Hope you post what you ran with.

Holistic concept of Yoga
