Yoga sequencing

this is my yoga routine,sequenced by me for my personal convinience…i am 15 year old…so i want to know whether there is any negative effect by this workout…
my routine is…
*warm up
*trikonasana
*surya namaskar
*sarvangasana
*matsyasana
*halasana
*naukasana
*upavishtakonasana
*paschimottanasana
*bhujangasana
*salabhasana
*dhanurasana
*chakrasana
*ardhamatsyendrasana
*yogamudra
*uttita padmasana
*bakasana
*sirshasana
*savasana

and at last pranayamma for 5 to 10 minutes…
i want to know whether there are any bad effect by following this routine…
pls tell if any…

Glad to see that you are 15 and following this classical sequence. More or less you are incorporating all the asanas taught in traditional Sivananda Yoga Sequence but the order is different. Your sequence seems right to me but I would hesitate to suggest Sirshasana at the age of 15. Others might have different view on it.
