after doing Recline twist, i get pain on the hip bones, thigh bones and the knees. also, my feet become numb. i am scared of continuing the practice. pl advise. thank u
Hi. Pain in the bones sounds unusual. If the reclined twist post hurts your muscles and attachments around the hip joints and spine, I would try the pose with your legs supported on a bolster or another similar prop. It makes the twist less intense.
