The studio is around 900 sq. feet with a small lobby entry with private bathroom. They are sprung dance floors. The Studio is 16 years old, this is its 3rd location. I am the third owner. The student base is 2150, currently we have 426 students attending this month. There is a staff of 5 instructors. The rent is $2200, but I sublease during the day to a gyrotonics instructor and 2 evenings a week in the late night to aikido, so the rent actually is $1200, utilities included. The studio uses mindbody online, has its own proprietary sms, so all website editing is easy and free, done inhouse. The studio has an office manager that knows the entire workings of the studio as is interested in staying on. It is in a town of around 50,000 people in California, destination city for tourists.
