I was wondering what yoga styles would help me withstand cold, heat, pain, etc. I’ve read about hatha I think that would be a good yoga style for it? And also I have read you have to meditate on the chakras to do such, what style and how would I go about doing this?
I got intrested a long time when I saw Wim Hof break a record swimming in the cold, by chance would anyone know what yoga style he uses?
