moving slowly,slowly.

Time passes by
without noticing.
Mind follows body motions

Within is everything:
mind,
focus,
intention,
discovery,
peace,
happiness,
as body members move,
slowly,
stretching,
bending,
seemingly,
effortlessly.

Everything is important-
but breath is first
in practice.
