At this time in my life I am quite pleased to spend 2 minutes in two asanas and get back to my daily routine. You see, I love my own Yoga practice, the one that:
-
Rests in the still movement of Yoga, identifying self with relax and goes into the still soft pose ever more.
-
Having no need to be following after a flow outside of my own (the group mentality) and always wanting to go to the next asana and not enjoying the present one. Om (I am led by the universal need not to push my stiff corps beyond reasonable form)
-
Looking at a two minute yoga asana session as enough for today and free from need to calculate the cost in dollar signs.
-
Wishing others pause and rejoice in Yoga. You see this is my life. I love all who practice their form of Yoga. And I am not one to judge others desire to be part of a rhythm en mass, a yoga guru and such. If that works for you, great.
-
But I applaud the Guru within us all who knows the joys and benefits of union and lets us in on timeless timely secrets as we make our day. Oh yeah, I love yoga!
PS. Thank you LexiYoga for your wonderful asana presentations of you at the beach on YouTube. They inspire me to do yoga even more!
