Where are you located? This forum has members from all over the world. Perhaps we can help you hook up with a good teacher. I recommend that you do find a teacher who can help to guide you to understanding the aim and fundamentals of a yoga practice. Many people begin with a video or book, however there is no one to show you the direction in that case.
