the word yogalates makes me laugh sometimes, and sometimes it give me a rash, and sometimes i don’t even notice it until i have noticed that i have not yet noticed.
Yogalates sounds like chocolate to me and makes me crave a piece everytime I read this word, not good for my weight management! 
this post just give me the biggest smile. i not sure why outside of the pure silliness of it. i love that you, willie, added your little ditty too.
