YOUR SALAD goes through radiation treatment and nitrogen treatment
I wonder if they do this in Australia… sorry for the colour change, I just noticed The Scales did it, and I thought it would be fun. Maybe I’ll do it from now on.
WOW!! It worked!! GO ME!!! YAAAAYY
I see. Well I’m going to pretend like I don’t know anything about the FDA’s rules and I’m going to email a lettuce company and ask them about what they do to the salad . . . or spinach.

Ninja Style. Wish me Luck!
Australia and New Zeland are the most strict countries then it comes to chemical sin food. (maybe because government pays your medical bills:) I have a huge excel spreadsheet for australia, but it is in russian…
LOL

gardening is a luxury that I am priveledged to be able to do.

I actually live in the heart of metro Detroit. :p
The irony is that here in Jacksonville all people own land or house and a piece of land and many communities Prohibit to grow fruit trees and eatable plants “because animals will come!” boo!

This is the response I got back for “Private Selction Organic Baby Salad Greens” distributed by the Local Supermarket around these parts.

“Dear THE SCALEs:
The pre-washed salads go through an organic approved chlorine rinse. Actually there are 3 washes at least one involves a chlorinated wash/rinse. They are not irradiated. If they are fumigated it would only be a fumigation material approved by the organic standards. I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for contacting us. Regards,”

chlorine and “fumigation material” sound more eatable:))

I just discovered this. Outrageous that it’s so unknown about, and that it exists even for the “organic” products. Trust is increasingly harder to muster.
