Agree, much difficult, Ego; identify it, understand it once served a purpose, thank it, then realize difficulties and endless suffering it causes, take notice of what it feeds, no way to manipulate the little bugger, rather become friends with it, change its diet to unassuming nature, awareness your strength and the egos weakness.
