Best yoga online classes

#1

Hi everyone,

What do you think is the best yoga online course that anyone should take?

Hoping for your suggestions. Thanks

Not sure if you mean taking classes online, or teacher training online.

Here is a link for the online classes from a former member of this forum and terrific woman:

‘Best’ is subjective. I like downloads from yoga2hear (itunes - about $10). Good direction and gentle which fits my needs.

My opinion is admittedly a wee bit bias, but I like doyogawithme.com the best. But then again, I did create it!

And I will second the above! It is a wonderful resource for yogi’s and teachers. I’ve incorporated many of the “lesser known” poses like the IT Band stretch into my teaching! And all have been beneficial. Thank you!

Cool site!
Is this donation only?

Well, it’s free. But we do receive donations, which are greatly appreciated and help us keep the site up to date and full of great videos.

Love it. I’ve circulated it around.

Just wanted to say thank you for your great website. I found it by chance the other day and it is so great to still be able to get something free in this world, which also happens to be yoga related!

Well done

You’re welcome! It’s truly a labor of love. We enjoy doing the work and bringing together people from different backgrounds who also love yoga.

Thanks for the feedback.

There are probably many online yoga classes. I find the one below quite good:

If you mean practices, www.yogadownload.com is very good and has a slew of free 20 minute sessions.

I like www.yogaglo.com. It is a subscription service, the cost is $18 per month. I signed up because Anusara guru, Noah Maze is one of the instructors. His preparation for every class is outstanding. Considering that I pay $50 for a 2 hour workshop with Noah, I consider this a deal.

There are a number of other instructors, many of them are master teachers. You can also arrange the classes by length or type so that it fits your schedule. I like that the classes will stream to my iPad, so I never have to miss a class while traveling.

If you're looking for an authentic center I think Shree Hari Yoga can be a good choice.
It has multinational presence plus my sis has already been there. Liked it a lot!
Here's one video of them that I could find: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s20BuOvGHTo

Hey,
This is not that hard. Just head over to Wanderlust Yoga Retreats and book yoga classes as per your budget, location, and choice.

There are lots of websites like this. You just need to google them.

Best of luck!
