I think Suhas referred to religions and not to Religion.
I think he wanted to mean that OM is generic/universal for all religions. A view I share as OM was generated in the cosmic bindu before we poor humans arrived to scene.

I think one of the best for yogis is Om Shanti (Om Peace).
Also it’s non-denominational, Om is used in many traditions, you’re not chanting to any particular deity or anything, just a statement of peace.

To be honest, I’m happy with normal sex. If I get sick of it one day, I’ll give your method a go.
