I Need Guidance on Developing a Consistent Yoga Practice Amidst a Busy Schedule

Hello there,

I have been practicing yoga on and off for a couple of years now, and while I truly enjoy it and recognize its benefits; I have struggled to maintain a consistent practice. My work schedule is quite demanding; and I often find myself either too tired or short on time to practice regularly. Despite my best intentions; I end up going days; sometimes weeks; without rolling out my mat.

I have read about the importance of making yoga a daily habit; even if it is just for a short time each day. Although; I find it challenging to carve out that time; especially when life gets hectic. I am also curious about whether it is better to do shorter; more frequent sessions or longer sessions less frequently.

How do you manage to fit yoga into a busy schedule? Are there any tips or tricks that have helped you stay consistent?
Is it more beneficial to do a 10-15 minute session daily; or should I aim for longer sessions a few times a week?

Also, I have gone through this post; https://yogaforums.com/t/developing-the-foundations-of-a-better-practice-power-bi/ which definitely helped me out a lot.

How do you keep yourself motivated to practice regularly, especially on days when you feel exhausted?
Have you found ways to incorporate yoga principles or practices into your daily routine outside of formal sessions?

Thank you in advance for your help and assistance. :innocent:
