I take the GNC sports vitamin it has tons of enzymes and amino acids including vitamins and minerals. I also take horny goat weed for circulation
I took Taurine, Beta-alanine and Creatine, the Beta-alanine take time to saturate the system and my doses were fairly small so took months. Taurine is depleted when taking Beta-alanine so that's why I'm taking that.
The supplements are amino acids low for vegans.
