Psychedelics Creating Kundalini Awakening
Hiya Dandelion

I can tell you’re quite passionate about the subject of this thread which I LOVE! Good for you. Is Siva right or wrong? I have no idea. Are you right or wrong? I have no idea but it’s fascinating to read everyone’s perspectives. As a compassionate human, friend, and administrator here, my only request is that you refrain from personal attacks as we all get enough of that in other areas of our life and goodness knows we deserve better. Thank you! :)
I hear you David. Yes I thought that I would let it fire. I don’t usually do that . I didn’t get on here to get angry with anyone but my ire was raised and instead of doubting myself I thought that my thoughts, right or wrong should be aired. But I will try to tone it down.

I’m totally with you on letting that fire out my brother! I’ve got plenty of it within me too, hahah. As we all know, bottling it up can be unhealthy. What works for me is taking it out in a constructive manner like screaming in the car when I’m alone, pounding stuff with a hammer, etc. I’d rather not transfer that negativity to others since they deserve so much better  Anyway, thank you for your response and willingness to take that step back. You rock! If there’s ever anything I can do for you, PM me. Now back to Kundalini and toking

Sometimes however, it is important to direct that energy to the source of it because that is honest. If we allow passive aggressives and others to get away with wrong doing by just screaming in the car when alone rather than addressing reality, then…Would it be right to let someone who is screwing with someones head to just go ahead and let be? Where would this world be? Haven’t you heard of Indigo’s. We have to challenge ideas. Hold them to the light. And rather just scream in the car while alone why not challenge them. What if he is wrong, should I just keep my mouth shut. Are my feelings and thoughts not valid. He seems to think that he is valid. I am just as valid. He may be an ok guy but is he not mature enough to take a direct challenge. He seems quite arrogant like he knows more than anyone else when…I…sorry but I see through people like this.

By the way David, I am a sister not a brother.
By the way David, I am a sister not a brother.
By the way you ROCK TOO, David;)

Your feelings and thoughts are absolutely valid. They’re just as valid as everyone else’s thoughts and feelings here. Is Siva what you state? Maybe, I don’t know. What I DO know is that he is an amazing person (just as you are) who is no doubt doing his best (just as you are) who is sincere (just as you are) passionate (just as you are) and opinionated (just as you are). You’re both having your experience and who am I to judge that or tell you to do otherwise? As such, I really didn’t want to chime in about the personal attacks as you’re having your experience and I’m happy for that, but after some pondering, decided to anyway for a variety of reasons.

Point being, everything you feel is definitely valid but the community here prefers that personal attacks not be allowed so its my job to create that space.

If you’d like to discuss this further, please PM me so we don’t take the focus off the topic of the thread anymore. Thanks sistah! (We have bruddahs, sistahs, uncles, aunties, and kiekies here in Hawaii).

hugs

Dandelion,

Sorry you feel this way, and for your frustration with my face. I can tell your kundalini is working wonders for you. Feel free to school me anytime.

peace,
Siva

I think you’re cute.

kundalini is the vast store-house of prana residing at the base of the spine. it is dormant in most folk but can be awakened for most folk with a combination of half a dozen different yogas including kundalini yoga, mantra/japa yoga, tantra, karma yoga, hatha yoga.raja yoga, bhakti yoga especiall the first two limbs of ashtanga yoga. preferably with the guidance of someone that knows ,a guru or master with carefyl dillgent practice over at least 18 months.could take many years with consistent self-effort.i feel it depends very much on the individual and his karmic circumstances,self-effort and inclination to expand his conciousness using the full range of yoga techniques and technoliges available to him… lsd is unliikely by itself to do it though i guess it could be used to unwind the ego as preparation bbefore embarking on the yogas above. for most folk it would probably just serve as a distraction though.

it is the union of shakti at the base/root with shiva at the crown, a divine romance. the goddss makes her way up the sushumna nadi to to the top. it said to fee llike an upturned cup or a 1000petalled flowering lotus on top of the head.

it is a flowering of concsiousness. once awakened then you are one step closer to samadhi.

Oh thank you so much Core. Thank you for allowing my personal expression. I really thought that Siva’s response to my fire was excellent too…he has been redeemed in my mind…for now. You are so right, we all need alittle twist on things once in awhile because this is such a decaying world that we are affected by it. It is apart of us all. We are apart of this MATRIX.
Peace and Love Bros

Hey besides, as I said, I actually think that Siva looks cute…but cock sure…but as I said he had an amazingly good reply to me.

Yeah Siva is a lovely guy,and you’e alovely gal.

lately i’ve ben looking at apparent’ annoyancces’ as a sign of change, symtpoms of obstructions being released ,internally and externally.,like a mirrror.

he does have a cute pic though.

You betcha Core. See I very strongly believe in guidance from the teacher within. When I hear someone saying something that sounds like it was quoted from a book I get turned off. We can search and search outside of ourselves for a life time looking for enlightenment even when the very books we are reading are telling us to look within. If we are continuously looking outside of ourselves we never have an intrinsic experience. We must experience from within and then we form questions that we would like answered from the scholars whose job they wanted as the recorders of someone having an authentic real human experience.

By reading about it or following guidance from outside, we are not having our own inner experience from where the greatest of experience comes from. Sources from outside can be tainted…and sources from inside can be tainted too for that matter. We get a whole lotta garbage shoved up there and we need time in silence to sort it all out.

Take for example musicians since I am one. There are countless people who take music lessons that do not teach you to learn from the heart and the ear but rather from the mind. These countless numbers of people never become musicians. They can read music pretty fast and memorize but really aren’t they just being monkeys. I remember a wiseguy, young lad, telling me this about myself as he observed me playing the piano when i was younger. Damn it he was right! So when I took up guitar and after a number of attempts over my life to learn itr, I never made progress until I stopped relying on lessons from sources outside myself.

The greatest musicians have been those who hardly had any music lessons at all. Look at Jimmy Page. One of the most greatest and innovative guitarists of all time. He only had one or two years of training and then he was in recording studios a few years later.

As a drummer, I made progress not because I waited around for the people around me or the net to show me, I let it flow from within. Education has its place. I have a degree in Business but Bros aren’t we supposed to be having an inner experience as yogis.

Yes indeed Core I am a sign of change. There are too many yoga instructors who are coming out with no understanding or experience with the essence of yoga. They are part of the canning factory of this material world. Yoga has become commercialized and bastardized in every which way. We have forgotten the way of the heart…and the soul.

I see many women especially who are retiring or trying to figure themselves out or heal themselves before they go right over the deep end and then retire. They get a slight glimmering of understanding of something outside the Matrix and all of a sudden they want to heal others and start up a business. They DON’T UNDERSTAND THE DEPTH OF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING OR DOING They take a myriad of courses and read a myriad of books so they can go merrily off babbling and baffling and amke money on it and get their jollies doing the one up men ship to boost their empty self-estem. I have come across so many of them that I avoid them now like they are a disease and they know I see it. They wish that they were me.

So yes Core times are a changing. We have to wake up before it is too late. We have to get real. We have to start embracing the human experience before it becomes extinct.

it is the union of shakti at the base/root with shiva at the crown

I’m wondering if anybody can explain what siva and sakti represent?

Great question. Well for those who are minimally experiencing the rush of life they are experiencing the energy flow that keeps the body alive. The body is like a lightening rod. the spine and the brain are the instruments that do that. The top of the brain would be shiva and the end of the spine would be shakti. Through all the nerves that come off of the spine they help operate the rest of the body such as the organs, arms and legs. Now when you are experiencing a more opened more fuller connection throughout the spine and therefore at points such as the chakras, it is as if there is a different kind of energy. It doesn’t seem to be connected to just us but coming from somewhere else and yet is very much home to us. It is as if something that we are apart of which is of obviously a much grander scale of powerful force is running… flowing thru us. As lightening rods our spines take that thru and consequently through all the other parts of the body. It is very fast like lightening and it is a ggod…I mean good feeling. It feels like love and when it is in the heart chakra you feel that love and when it is in your throat chakra, you want to give that love out to the world and embrace the love taht comes back. When all the chakras are opened wide and firing then the entire body, mind and emotions are firing at a wonderful level as this divine energy swirls as you co-create what it is you are doing with it or working with it as it directs you. If we all just operated more like taht this world would be jsut golden. Think of all the happy babies that would enter this world. But we are so lost and mixed-up and hurt that it is hard when being a part of this world in certain ways to be open to the kundalini working at that level. We are truly suppressed.

Ansuri,

They are the ascending and descending forces generated in the body between the posture and control of your breath.

For example, uddiyana banda applies the principle: Descending force from the upper-body wraps around the ascending from the lower, which comes up through the abdomen to the solar plexus, and catches it, grips it from below, getting under it. Hence it locks there and suspends the posture.

That same process is extended to the chakras: descending force rolling down, around and under the ascending, up through the chest, throat and ultimately into the head. Bing!

I would add that it happens vertical or prone, they come together in sarvasana as well, so ascending and descending generally describe the opposition within the body and not so much up and down.
