Depends what you mean by god. To say god ‘is’ really makes no difference to our life. What matters is how much of that godly power you can tap. I am not here to serve some god, I am here to become a god myself. Anybody else who wants to spend their life in servitude to god can be my guest. They will remain mortals.

Though it is true. The way that I speak is not the only way to go about things. A am a firm believer that power is needed. In words I would be a shakta. Control the power in the right way, and it will transform the mind and body.
So if I may ask. What path are you taking to accomplish your goal?
I too. Have no time for imaginary perspectives. Knowing is half the battle. Power comes with accomplishment.

To know that God is makes a tremendous positive difference to one’s life.
Like it or not from the devas on down, while each has a certain amount of freedom - each is under watch each is under the Law. To know that God is means you will naturally, if your smart, want to live in harmony with his rules. Living in harmony with the rules gives merit and the “blessings” reign down upon you and life becomes more enjoyable and prospersous.
Who doesn’t want more happiness and prosperity?
Living in harmony with the rules also removes obstacles to understanding. Helping us to find what is true, and helping us - if we want - to find our way out of the desert.
Without rules and laws there would be chaos and all we have to do is look around to see there are laws ruling everything. These Laws and rules come from the Father.
If you have fooled yourself into thinking there is no God, then your God is your deluded mind, and you live by your own thinking. Saying there is no sewing and reaping. I can do what I please and I’ll have nothing to pay. The fool persiting in his folly someday wises up.
Those seeking after godly power without a compassionate and wise heart walk the path of darkness straight towards the gates of hell. In thier wake is ruin and tears, and their journey leads to the destruction of the very thing they love so much.

At this moment, I have no definite path. I am at a weird point in my life where I am just exploring my desires, fears and anxieties. All spiritual stuff has been put on the backburner for now. Not done any Yoga or meditation for months. But I am increasingly finding myself drawn back to it. I hope this current phase I am in is over soon, for I understand that my real goal in life is much bigger than this.

I don’t follow any rules that I don’t want to follow. I am the master of my life. I call the shots. I do whatever I want to do.

Believe, don’t believe, know, don’t know. Whether you like it or not [I]all[/I] are under the Law.
There is no escape. Even if one removes all Karmas and frees oneself from the wheel. Even those free ones yes, are still under the Law.

We are all seekers of truth and we can just share whatever insight we have gained on the spiritual path we follow. For me unconditional love is the highest virtue and that’s what I’m striving for. The beginning of love is respect for others, even though they may hold opinions and values different from ours. God gives freedom to everyone to follow his or her own ways of life. He respects our individuality, and so should we.
Others do not matter. We are not born with others and we do not depart with others. It just happens to be that we belong to a species of humans and other humans also are around. Every individual is after their own selfish interests: The basic of which are food, shelter and water. It is easy to see what humans become towards each other as soon as these basics interests are threatened.
The best attitude to have to others is one of tolerance: Allow them the same freedom you yourself want to have, as long as they do not infringe on yours.

fire Burns. That is how fire works. How things work is not changeable. If you put your hand in fire and it Burns. That is the law. If you put your hand in fire and it didn’t burn, that is still the law.
law=how something works.
So yes reality is under that law of the Creator,but man dosnt understand the law. Man didn’t understand how things work. If he did. He would not die nor suffer sorrow.
