The Greatest Healer is You
oak
also you mentioned power of will
what’s this? where it comes from?
some people crash mountains with it, some can’t even start waking up at 7am…
Power of will is…everything. To move your arm, you have to will this move.
Every thought and action is driven by the power of will.

The more power of will you have, the more energy you have, There are very simple tests you can perform to prove it.

Using your power of will you can direct the life force (prana, qi…) to a diseased body part and heal it. These are not just remote philosophical considerations but exercises which everybody can perform.

oak, do you mean that there are exercices that develop power of will?
oak, do you mean that there are exercices that develop power of will?
Yes, there are many exercises to develop power of will and concentration.

Swami Sivananda has listed many of them in his books, freely available
on-line.

SRF LESSONS deals with them in detail. These lessons are subscription based, but very cheap.

thank you!
can you give a link for those lessons?

You can perform a google search for “SRF LESSONS APPLICATION”

A search for SRF LESSONS only (without application) will probably give some free lessons.
