Hi chamsoou,
I would recommend ‘Deep Meditation’ from the AYP system of yoga.
You’ll find the link here:-
You’ll find online lessons and a helpful support forum there too.
Just the ticket!, i think.Very effective you should find (certainly) for the stated objective of emptying your mind of rubbish, or inner/outer noise, as well as providing a whole host of other benefits principally “inner silence” is what it’s called in that system. You can call it raja yoga,or royal yoga, if you like.
All you need is a willingness or desire to do the practices, of course. This may translate into a willingness or desire for change, spiritual desire or bhakti. You suspect there maybe something more in life or to it but what is it? It’s certainly in part your inner(& therefore outer) potential and a whole lot more which you can unlock with practice and training. You’ll learn how to access pure bliss conciousness, just like it says in the lessons. This has been called the fourth state or turiya( the other 3 being waking, dreaming sleep & dreamless sleep: see here or here) which is often described as being our true nature, our real self.Mantra or japa yoga practice can facilitate access to this more “enlightened”, suppposedly ,at least in theory, state of consciousness…Try it & see for yourself, if you are so inclined. You can be the judge of that.
