Really a shoke to hear something like this but at last when I got the detail I nearly laugh my heart out . The reason was at the end of lesson teacher arrange savasana to the class , he ( or she ) turn off the light aim to let the student had a good rest but he /she hadn't told student what's going on so make a beautiful misunderstanging that teacher turn off the light then sing some song to call the evil to the class ..............!!!

In fact we are using these powers already all day long: with our thoughts, emotions and attitude, we create all circumstances and situations in our live. But this is all done unconsciously. What you can achieve by training yourself in the power of the mind and by for example using the alpha state of mind, is to create your own world consciously. Think about it. Your life will be in your own, conscious, hands. You decide the outcome of situations; you decide whether your wishes come true or not and to what degree. In fact, everything you see in reality would not exist if it was not first created on the mental level. Everything you see in the physical world (including time and space) was created in our inner mind. So that means you can also change it consciously. You just need to practise and probably go through a lot of mental processes, breaking old habits and mind-blocks on the way. As you progress, you will notice that you are getting more and more in control of your live and even other peoples lives and the world around you. The alpha state of mind can really help you to develop this kind of consciousness.

Anyway, I did my session with great difficulty on focussing just on my emotions and be aware of what I feel in every asana, I didn’t hold it for so long or that long, I just hold each asana for as long as it was necessary following my inner feeling here. Towards the end of the session I had this incredible burst of gratitude from my heart for where I am and at that moment I also felt so much compassion towards my worries and stresses that they seem to become insignificant. The amazing thing was that all of a sudden and inner peace came over me about these problems and I just felt that all will work out well. I blessed my worries then, gave praise and thanks and the amazing thing was they all sorted themselves out without me worrying and stressing further about them and within a couple of days. More importantly my physical dis-eases and illness also started to just disappear.

Because yoga can benefit every single system in the body, it’s calming effect on the nervous system could be very helpful. I actually did one of my teacher trainings with a friend who experienced seizures, and she has found yoga of incredible value in her life

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh,I just think so
At around 7th day of practicing YOGA, I felt like blackened out on a single day for couple of times during the day. But that did not happened again. On 27th day, after doing the first few customary positions (lying down) and trying to get up, I was completely dominated by the giddiness. When I tried to regain my composure it went even worse accompanied with a vomiting sensation. Forced to cut down for that day. The same thing happened even next day.
