What are you crying about… get a hold of yourself kiddo…. It can’t be that bad… I didn’t mean to make you cry…there there now…. I’m sorry…well actually I’m not…. But you really need to be more in control of your emotions there kiddo
Now to the rest
You do love generalized and generally unfounded accusations and labels that have little to do with the discussion at hand don’t you. I realize it is a great way to make up for having little or no real argument or proof to back up your accusations but it is getting obvious and tiresome. You should know I have no problem with Hinduism or people from India or those of Indian heritage. You might want to consider that just because someone is not agreeing with you or not taking you seriously that it has little to do with being Hindu or Indian and more to do with you as an individual.
Now Surya… oh I’m sorry your Nietzsche today… if you like you could go back through this post and point out the specific places that I have demonstrated a Western/Christianized bias I may take the time… or I may not… to point out the error of your ways.
And for the record I’m really easy to get along with once you people learn to worship me.

Its - sniff - ok.
Ok then. The following is not anti-Hindu/Indian or indicative of Western/Christianized bias (note that I accused them of being anti-Hindu and Western supremacist before they revealed themselves to be so):
"This is a good start Surya. I’ll contact A R Rahman so he can compose an upbeat score. You and Friedrich practice your dance routines (who’s the stright guy?). Leave everything to me and I’ll have you guys prancing down the red carpet come Oscar season.
May have to change the old testament theme thing a bit. Violence is good, but can you find some sexy bits? Just try to resist casting any girls under 16. I’ve read about old Hindu men’s preference for marrying the young ones. Won’t go over well out here. Round up some lower caste filthy untouchable bastards to haul the equipment around on the cheap, and we’re set." - Courtesy of Flex Penguin
"Actually, when we get down to brass tacks, the “Evil West” is going to do whatever it wants. Why? Because we deserve it, considering the $Trillions$ & $Trillions$ of dollars that we’ve sent India to drag it out & keep it out of the gutter. Now that India is internationally recognized as a “developing country”, you’re all "Now get out! & completely change while you’re at it!“
Sorry, the real world doesn’t work like that. It never has. You like all the money we give you but you don’t like having us around? Pssht, grow the hell up.
Asians can look at the plethora of religions, philosophies, and belief systems available to them and they pick & choose like a salad bar. As Western countries have global social & financial influence, we will pick and choose from what religions or philosophies we like, when we like. We have the money, the power, and the authority, & we’ll do what we like. You can whine about it all you want but it’s a waste of time. Grow up & get with the real world.” - Indra Deva
That isn’t anti-Hindu/Indian or Western supremacist? Ok, how about this lovely movie script (courtesy of Flex Penguin).
Bollywood - here we come! I see you have been rehearsing, which is fantastic! What a show this is going to be. 4 hours long, minimum, with 2 intervals.
Here’s the synopsis:
The Hero: Surya Deva, he’s a rich boy, a spoiled brat. His mother has died and his mean father has remarried a Chritian woman. Surya often sees his mother in his dreams where she begs him to find a nice girl and settle down. When we first meet our hero he’s surrounded by scantily clad girls prancing around him in their vast garden, while white and lilac petals fall from the sky. They sing:
Surya
Surya
Surya Deva
Āpa kē li’ē hamārā pyāra pīlē bukhāra kī taraha jalatā hai.
(Our love for you
Burns like yellow fever!)
Our hero has charms to distract the girls while dancing - singing of his dream girl.
She comes to me
Like biscuit from the cupboard
So dry at first
But dunked in milk
So white to see
The Heroine: Fraulein Freidrich (funny name for a hindu girl, but we can make it work). She is the epitome of today’s generation. Fraulein Freidrich is poor outcast from a small village, but her jewelry is designed by Tanishq. Our heroine is having a bath in the local canal when our hero sees her. Their eyes meet, heartbeats stop, music happens, everyone around them begins the choreographed dancing rountine, the camera pans a wide panoramic shot of the scene, and love is in the air!
Fraulein Freidrich sings the main theme tune:
Surya
Surya
Surya Deva
My love for you
Lifts me up like a lever!
The Villain: (TBA) Surya’s father and his Christian wife, always spying on them from behind the doors or the trees. They sing as well:
Surya
Surya
Surya Deva
If you marry her
We will carve you with a cleaver!
Meanwhile, one lonely night our hero is alone, looking out into the Ganges, when his ghostly mother appears to him:
Surya
Surya
Surya Deva
Fraulein Freidrich is too brown
Why don’t you leave her?
SD:
Mām̐, maiṁ apanā dūdha liyā hai,
lēkina ēka chōṭī sī mēka’apa
Fraulein Freidrich pārita kara sakatē haiṁ wih.
(Mother, I’ve had your milk, but wih a little makeup Fraulein Freidrich can pass.)
This goes on for a couple of hours, then our villains kidnap Fraulein Freidrich and take her to a palace that has a pool filled with pink acid. Much singing and dancing there. But, our hero’s best friend urges Surya Deva to rescue the Fraulein.
Surya
Surya
Surya Deva
If you let this happen
You will surely bereave her!
So, off they prance - the scantliy clad girls in tow - to rescue the Fraulein Freidrich from the clutches of the evil father and Christian stepmother. When the arrive, a great fight ensues with a cast of thousands. Carefully choreographed, the villains and heroes battle for another hour or so. Finally, Surya Deva rescues his Fraulein Freidrich, but as they sing to each other, they realize they cannot remain on Earth together, so they decide to jump into the pool of pink acid. As they sink, to their knees, then their waist, then their shoulders, the camera zooms into a close up and our lovers kiss passionately. The fighting stops and sun is blacked out by a swarm of parrots, their droppings falling on the villains.
But wait! It’s not over! Our lovers emerge in heaven, hand in hand (the scantily clad girls are there to meet them) and they are shown to a table full of great food by our hero’s mother. At the table are many guests, including Siva, Jesus, Allah, and the prophet MHd (have to careful there. Don’t want to make the same mistake as the Danes). Everyone is happy to see them, and the final song echoes with Rahman’s signature beat, while white and lilac petals fall from the sky.
Surya
Surya
Surya Deva
Now you have the chance
To show her your pecker!
It is no wonder to me that you are all getting tired of hearing the same thing. Often the truth is sometimes quite a burden to wear.
I will eagerly wait to see how you attempt to side with these people and say they weren’t being anti-Hindu/Indian or Western supremacists.
No, you may not have a problem with Indians or Hindus. But you certainly do have inbred Western/Christianized biases that cause you to see Indians/Hindus in a “different” sort of way.
Me as an individual? When I am trying to speak out against the propaganda, misinformation, ignorance, and etc that people spout about Hinduism, or point out the fact that the bad aspects of Abrahamic religions should be wiped out (followed by countless of historical evidence to prove the necessity of such a thing) and you only ridicule us, what does that tell me? For one, it obviously tells me that people like that are in the bubble of Christianized/Western bias. It is only natural since that is the environment most of the people here grew up in. But add comments like the above or historically inaccurate assertions (which missionaries and anti-Hindu Indologists often use) like “Hinduism came from yoga” and etc or post anti-Hindu links and articles (why would you waste time searching such propaganda anyway? What does that tell you about the person who does this?), what do you expect me to believe? Note that I have MANY friends and family that practice LEGITIMATE yoga and they have never said such outrageous things. But you might say “oh they’re biased because they are Hindus.” If so, then what does that make you all, who are saying otherwise? Does it not make you biased against what people practicing something of their OWN CULTURE are saying? More specifically, biased against Hindus/Indians?
No, I never specifically said YOU had this bias. But you support others that clearly do which implies…
I am Surya Deva? Really? And you wonder why I make so many “assumptions” about you guys? Have you considered that I have learned to expect nothing else from you all?
Nice try. This old fish hunter rcognizes bait when he smells it.

That was pathetic. Esp coming from a member/s with obvious militant Hindutva brainwashing mindset…
Indians with an Indian bias VS Everyone with a Western bias… yeah, that’s productive.
I don’t think Neitchze is S.D.
But I do think one of them is High Wolf. Most likely S.D.
I do however have Fred on my Ignore . . .

If they agree on 99.44% of everything, adhere to the same militant extremist Hindutva crap, back each other up all the time and attempt to tag-team up on anyone that disagrees with the other…
They may as well be the same person.

Huh? This is quite curious. Me being Surya Deva is the same as you being the alter-ego of Yulaw or Indra Deva. Do you accept this?

wut
wut
;)
No, not wut.
Wut
My new mantra, try it out:
Om Wut
Wut
ever watch the movie The One… Yulaw… OF COURSE THERE IS MORE THAN ONE OF ME…
To me, it seems quite ironic that the people accusing SD for posting under multiple identities are the ones acting and speaking identically immature and for the most of the time not contributing to the topic of discussion.
I consider it a compliment that these people think I am high wolf. It is interesting to see how two very clear camps are forming: all the critical thinkers are being lumped into one category as hindu fundamentalists/extremists or sympathizers, and on the other side we have the the uncritical thinkers, who do little but flame, abuse and ridicule the others.
I don’t think I have ever seen the latter say anything of substance… anywhere.
I think the critical thinkers should just ignore these people, until they say something which contributes to the discussion.
The Seeker started this topic sincerely and honestly to discuss the matter of religion, media and political correctness intelligently, offering critical insights using marxist and other sociological perspective. And what has this topic now become and ended with:
Wut
ever watch the movie The One… Yulaw… OF COURSE THERE IS MORE THAN ONE OF ME…
Theseeker is not me, nor is he Neitzche, and nor if he highwolf, nor is he core, he is a new member who is trying to have an intelligent and open discussion. But he cannot, because Yulaw, Indra Dev and Scales would rather fill the topic with “wut, wut, wut”
Will these members ever allow a polite, civil and intelligent discussion to take place?
Not other people you silly person… Me… please point out where I am being anti-Hindu/Indian since you are lumping me in with those you claim are being anti-Hindu/Indian and claiming I am supporting them.
You obviously did not read the entirety of my post. I answered this question already.
You don’t know or understand Desert religions, believing in gods of war & what you might think they demand of you.
The miracle of the Old Testament is that Christianity came out of it (however it came out of it, I’m making no religious claims at all) and that there are people that look past the horrible or violent aspects of the scriptures and find a pure and good message out of it all and try to live that for the good of themselves and their communities.
I think you have for once hit the nail on the head Indra Deva. Yes, they are desert religions from thousands of years ago. It is understandable why these desert religions would be full of violence, because the terrain these people lived in was harsh, resources were scarce and hence people had to survive by forming tribes to vie for the resources.
Why then are we still holding on these savage, barbaric and primitive desert religions? Why not accept the fact that they come from a time and place that are a part of our unfortunate past.
It is time to move on. The Abrahamic religions needs to go. They have passed their sell-by date by thousands of years. We are now in an age of science and have far surpassed the people of these desert religions in our knowledge and understanding of the world and in our moral behaviour.
To me, it seems quite ironic that the people accusing SD for posting under multiple identities are the ones acting and speaking identically immature and for the most of the time not contributing to the topic of discussion.
Indeed. I applaud you for starting this interesting topic. It is the case nowadays. The white supremacist people on this forum do little but troll and quote false information (I am still trying to figure out what kind of stupid American says Burma is India’s top trading partner when its the U.S). They are only confirming our accusations of them being racists.
